We are a Brazilian couple who took a leap of faith, leaving the hustle and bustle of São Paulo behind in 2019. The warm welcome of the Avellanas community, combined with the area's stunning natural beauty and world-class surf, captivated us and inspired our dream to create a special place for families and friends to enjoy together.
At Kaya Villas, we wanted to provide a safe and relaxing environment where guests can connect, unwind, and create lasting memories. Our retreat features two beautifully designed villas, each offering two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and its very own private pool and garden. This allows for moments of tranquility and seclusion, perfect for enjoying time with your loved ones.
