Welcome to Kaya Villas, your family-friendly retreat nestled in the heart of Playa Avellanas, Costa Rica. We are a Brazilian couple who took a leap of faith, leaving the hustle and bustle of São Paulo behind in 2019. The warm welcome of the Avellanas community, combined with the area's stunning natural beauty and world-class surf, captivated us and inspired our dream to create a special place for families and friends to enjoy together.
At Kaya Villas, we wanted to provide a safe and relaxing environment where guests can connect, unwind, and create lasting memories. Our retreat features two beautifully designed villas, each offering two spacious bedrooms and its very own private pool and garden. This allows for moments of tranquility and seclusion, perfect for enjoying time with your loved ones.

Kaya Villa´s newly completed villas offer an ideal escape for families and friends seeking relaxation & adventure.
Each of our two spacious villas is thoughtfully designed to blend with the lush surroundings while maintaining tranquility. Featuring an airy open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area under a dramatic floating roof, the design emphasizes a seamless connection to the outdoors.
Inside, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with flexible sleeping arrangements—either a king-sized bed or two twin beds. The living area includes a daybed for accommodating additional guests.
Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, complete with a natural stone pool nestled among vibrant tropical gardens. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
